History of Pembroke College AFC
Apart from back-to-back Cuppers titles in 1985/86 and 1986/87, Pembroke have had little success in inter-college football competition. Recently, the division 1 championship was won in 2004/05, but a wretched 2005/06 saw them relegated from the Premier division after winning only 1 game all season. The pain was compounded by a second successive relegation in 2006/07 after they failed to complete all their fixtures. Despite all this, Homer Sullivan inspired Pembroke to win the 2007 Cuppers 5 a-side trophy.
